At Ferndale school the Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Individual Transition Plan (ITP) is the foundation of our teaching and delivery.
A meeting with parents/caregivers will take place twice per year to identify the learning  goals for the period. Each student will cover the areas of need identified through the IEP process in addition to the learning areas and key competencies of the NZ Curriculum.
We now have our new school curriculum which is in line with the new New Zealand curriculum.
