Ferndale school students, wider community and staff, worked together to create our shared values and vision.  The vision is the bigger picture of how we want our students to develop whilst our values of Communication, Independence, Respect, Enjoyment and Excellence are expressed in our everyday interactions with each other and can be seen in action throughout our teaching programmes.
